At ENTIRE INC Entire Mentoring, we don’t know everything, but we do know a lot about a lot and what we don’t know, we know someone who does know.
The mission of Entire and Entire Mentoring is to provide life lesson in a manner that mentees can use right away. We provide opportunities to the youth seeking direction, purpose, motivation and knowledge. We will provide credible information from credible sources including individual from various career fields and employment spaces.
Funds and grants are not only used for the day-to-day operation but we also invest in sound business plans pitch by senior mentees. These ideas are approved by the Board of Directors after a vigorous competition. At Entire INC. Entire Mentoring, we don’t believe in ‘participation awards” but we do offer contingency plans for those mentees whose idea won’t be chosen for funding.
To mentor, you need:
Serve consistently.
Lead with empathy.
Turn adversity into purpose.
Embrace growth and reinvention.
A good mentor will always know that the mentee’s well-being and success is always the priority.
