Meet our Founder

Charlton Bradford “Brad” Jefferson is a mentor, leader, and motivational figure dedicated to helping young people—especially those facing systemic barriers—build confidence, life skills, and pathways to success. His work spans mentorship, motivational speaking, leadership development, and career guidance.

What He Does for Youth

1. Life Navigator & Mentor Jefferson supports at‑risk young men through the Work Readiness Enrichment Program, offering one‑on‑one mentorship, work‑readiness support, advocacy, and guidance for those who struggle in traditional school environments.

2. Motivational Speaker He uses his personal story—including military service and surviving cancer—to teach resilience, purpose, discipline, and confidence.

3. Leadership Development As Former Vice President and Youth Leadership Academy Facilitator for 100 Black Men of Savannah, he helped youth build leadership skills, gain career exposure, and engage with the community through partnerships with major organizations.

4. Career & Personal Development His background as a youth health coordinator, career counselor, and JROTC instructor strengthens his ability to guide young people through academic and personal challenges.
